daenius24 Analytics ("the App") is a private, self-hosted dashboard that displays
analytics for a single social media account owned and operated by the App's own
operator. It is not a commercial product, it is not offered to the public, and it
has no other users.
2. Who may use it
The App is for the exclusive use of its operator, who is also the owner of the
connected social media accounts. No registration is offered and no third party is
granted access.
3. What the App does
Connects, with the account owner's explicit authorization, to platform APIs
(TikTok, YouTube) to retrieve analytics for the owner's own accounts.
Displays those metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, followers) in a
dashboard.
Stores periodic snapshots locally so historical trends can be reviewed beyond
the retention windows offered by the platforms.
4. What the App does not do
It does not publish, post, modify or delete any content.
It does not access data belonging to any account other than the operator's own.
It does not sell, share, transfer or monetise any data.
It does not run advertising or marketing operations.
5. Platform terms
Use of the App is subject to the terms of the platforms it connects to. The
operator is responsible for complying with those terms.
6. No warranty
The App is provided as-is, for personal use, with no warranty of any kind. Figures
shown are those returned by the platform APIs and may lag behind, or differ from, the
platforms' own native dashboards.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as the App evolves. The date above reflects the latest
revision.
